Raised in a family with roots in Oklahoma banking dating to 1927, Shawn brings insights and skills from across the fields of engineering and finance to her role as Chief Marketing Officer at All America Bank. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and received professional engineering licenses for Oklahoma and Texas while working for 25 years as a drilling and production engineer and consultant in the oil and gas industry. Shawn has served on the All America Bank board since 1993 and joined her father and brothers at All America Bank full-time in 2008. She was appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2015 and moved to Chief Marketing Officer in 2024 with responsibilities for customer service, marketing and management.
