Dean wore many hats during his 37-1/2 years of service to All America Bank from 1983 to 2021.  He served as a loan officer, cashier, and compliance officer for Bank of the Wichitas, which merged with All America Bank in 2015. Dean was instrumental in converting the bank from paper to computers. He brings an abundance of banking experience to the board.  Dean is an active member of the Snyder Rotary Club and the Snyder Chamber of Commerce.  He has served Snyder for many years as "The Voice of the Cyclones" at sporting events, community events, and on the radio.
