Parker was born and raised in Oklahoma City. He attended the University of Oklahoma where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in finance and minors in economics and accounting. He hopes to help customers be financially successful and meet their goals. He has particular interest in commercial real estate and development.

During his time in college, Parker played trumpet in The Pride of Oklahoma marching band. He is an avid OU football and Oklahoma City Thunder basketball fan. In his spare time Parker enjoys running and traveling.
